I’m a therapist who believes you deserve both real understanding and real movement toward change.
I bring years of training, but I also bring my own lived experience with anxiety, which helps me meet you with genuine empathy instead of empty reassurance.
I’m direct when it matters, gentle when you’re overwhelmed, and always transparent about what we’re doing and why.
I break things down in everyday language so you feel included in the process, not talked at.

My clients often tell me they feel understood, supported, and surprised by how comfortable it is to be honest here—even about the things they’ve never said out loud.
They say I’m warm and steady, but also willing to gently challenge them when they need it. They appreciate that I show up as a human, too.
Most of all, they tell me they finally feel hopeful again, and that they leave their sessions believing change is actually possible.

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being your real self. I bring my personality into sessions—humor, honesty, and a very human approach—because connection matters. I’m professional, but not stiff. Supportive, but not sugarcoating. And I’m always real with you.
I work with children navigating ADHD and anxiety, as well as teens and adults going through life transitions like moving, graduating, grief, or changing jobs. Those seasons can feel overwhelming, isolating, or just plain confusing—and you don’t have to go through them alone. I also have a faith-based educational background and can incorporate faith into therapy if that’s something you want, always at your comfort level.
At my core, I’m someone who reads the room well, values connection, and believes that no challenge is too big to work through with the right support.

Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up—even about the hard stuff—because I keep things approachable and real. I use everyday language, explain therapy concepts in ways that actually make sense, and I’m not afraid to challenge perspectives when it helps you grow. Expect a lot of “totally,” “100%,” and “I gotchu,” when it fits.
My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling less alone, more grounded, and empowered to handle what’s in front of you. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start, just a willingness to show up. We’ll take it from there, together.
